Happy National Credit Union Day!

Back in January, we published our personal and business insights blogs. This is a powerful tool we offer our members so they can learn more about common topics like everyday banking, mortgages, starting a business and so much more. These blogs are populated weekly and are filled with up-to-date information.

We ran a financial wellness series at Lethbridge College in April-March where we helped educate students on bettering their finances. We talked about credit and managing student debt. We had a blast chatting with students to hear their financial concerns and how we could help alleviate some of their stress.

We held an Easter colouring contest at each of our branches in April. The winners of the contest got a fun gift basket and a stuffed Easter bunny. To check out some of the winners, head to our social media accounts!

Since April, we have partnered with the BIPOC Foundation to put on Financial Wellness events. Like the events we did with Lethbridge College, these events are tailored to help individuals take charge of their finances through learning about credit, estate planning, TSFAs, RRSPs and more. Stay tuned for 2024 Financial Wellness events!

Members of our team had a busy summer attending various golf tournaments across Southern Alberta. The events are a great way to enjoy some fresh air and connect with our community!

We were so excited to celebrate the grand re-opening on March 28! We celebrated by enjoying a piece of cake with our team and members.

We had a blast celebrating Open Farms Days with Farming Smarter! We had booth set up where we had a game for kids, information about agriculture finances and swag.

We were proud to call ourselves the title sponsor for Lethbridge College’s event Coulee Fest. Our Marketing Team had a booth at the event where we gave away swag, snacks and held a giveaway for three local businesses.

We sure have had a busy year! We still have a few fun events to look forward to before the end of 2023, so keep an eye out on our social media pages to see what we’re up too.
