Profit Sharing

Big banks share their profits with shareholders – as a credit union, our shareholders are our members. When you join 1st Choice Savings, you buy one common share in the company for $1.00, which entitles you to a share of our profits, among other benefits. Since opening our doors in 2001, we have given our members over $4.2 million in dividends as a thank you for being a 1st Choice member.

Elections

As a member, you are part of a financial cooperative, which means you have a say in how your credit union operates. The 1st Choice Savings Board of Directors is democratically elected by you.
